The company's objective is to bridge the gap in public security systems by providing reliable coverage and response to the security needs of our clients. We leverage our strong security network in manning, monitoring, and responding to security concerns and offer requisite legal support for infringement on the rights of our clients.

The company also provides a best-in-class logistics service that utilizes the company’s security infrastructure to convey personnel, materials, and equipment safely and reliably, to and from any part of the country. We cover roads, and waterways, and have a strong partnership that delivers air.

Accreditation

DELTA SAFE is a Category A licensed Private Security Company (PSC) in Nigeria. It is registered with the Ministry of Interior and complies with the permits and licensing requirements of Private Guard Companies (PGC) Act, Cap 30, LFN and The Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps NSCDC Act. The company identifies with the Nigerian Penal Code, the Criminal Code, and the Firearms (special provisions) Act (Cap. C38. Cap. F28. Cap. E18. Cap. R11.) as critical laws that support and guide its operations.

Our Organization

DELTA SAFE is Head-Quartered in Bayelsa State. It has offices in Port Harcourt, Lagos, and Abuja. This strategic positioning of the company takes into consideration the key drivers of our business. The company has Operational Managers that oversee the affairs of these regions and reports to the center. This helps in managing our partnerships with security agencies and local stakeholders. The company also has retainership with two (2) law firms and work with human rights organizations in our bid to seek legal redress for any infridgements on the rights of our clients.

BOARD & MANAGEMENT

The Board

The Board of DELTA SAFE comprises of members experienced in the management of security across sectors. Members of board are spread across di􀋐erent sectors of the service offerings and provide the requisite advice needed to assure security at any level.

Executive Management

The executive management of DELTA SAFE is headed by a retired military personnel that provides the needed knowhow to successfully deploy the vision of providing a safe and secure business environment for its clients. The management team also comprise legal personnel and non-executive directors that brings the business.

LT COL MILTON YALAH (RTD)
MD/CEO

MR. MILTON YALAH is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Nigerian Army. He has 35 years of experience serving in the Nigerian Military and has a vast knowledge of the security architecture of the country and regions. He has served in high profiled positions in the military, and has led various commands into successful operations. He has LT COL MILTON YALAH (RTD) MD/CEO the sole objective of solving problems, providing solutions timely, engaging in target-driven actions, fostering teamwork, and providing leadership. He is a seasoned, robust professional with extensive Risk Management, Operational Security, Project Management and Mentoring experience gained globally with a people-oriented approach. He has proven command management skills and administrative skills that come in very handy in managing a security company as DELTA SAFE. He brings with him high profile and experienced security specialists into the company, and is within reach of the Army, the Navy, Airforce and the Department of State Service. Considering his previous role in the security architecture of the country, he commands the respect of serving officers who understand his drive to enable peace in the region and respond swiftly to calls and support. Lt Col Milton Yalah (Rtd) holds a BSc in Criminology and Security Studies, and a Masters Degree in International Affairs and Defense Studies from the Nigerian Defense Academy.
